In the event of a rain cancellation for a Saturday night racing event, the racing program will be rescheduled (Rain
Dated) to Sunday (the next day unless otherwise noted, weather permitting) with a modified schedule: Racing will start at 6:30pm,
pit gates will open at 4:30pm, and the grandstand will open at 5:00pm.

The 2014 Race season will mark the 48th Anniversary of Marion Center Speedway. The 1/4 mile oval dirt track is located on the
top of a hill, just off PA Route 119, 3 miles north of Marion Center PA. MCS has been owned and operated by the Potts family
since it was built in the fall of 1965 by David and Marybelle Potts, with the first races in 1966. The core of the on-going
operation today is still run by their two daughters (June and Janet) and son-in-law Rich Leydic. Friends, neighbors and even
former race car drivers make up the rest of the staff that keeps the facility family oriented.....more information about MCS
