Download The following specifications have been prepared by Marion Center Speedway as guidelines for the construction of a E-mod.      No   warranty   of   safety   is   expressed   or   implied   as   a   result   of   this   publication   of   rules.      These   are   intended   as   a   guideline and   are   in   no   way   a   guarantee   against   injury   or   death   to   participants,   spectators,   or   officials.      Anything   not   covered   by   these specifications   should   be   approved   by   the   track   officials   and   placed   in   writing.      Continuous   developments   in   auto   racing   and technology   may   mandate   changes   in   these   rules.      However,   it   is   out   intent   to   enforce   and   police   these   rules   throughout   the season. We   strive   to   keep   the   competition   equal   and   fair   for   all   competitors.      To   accomplish   this,   IF   IT   DOES   NOT   SAY   YOU   CAN   DON’T!!      Try   to   live   within   the   spirit   of   the   rules.      If   you   have   any   questions,   please   contact   track   officials   before   you   are   found illegal for competition. Anything   not   covered   in   these   rules   will   be   up   to   the   discretion   of   the   tech   or   track   officials,   without   recourse   from drivers   or   owners.      Safety   infractions   can   be   cause   for   a   car   to   be   kept   out   of   competition   until   they   have   been   corrected.      The preceding rules are subject to revision and will be judged accordingly.  UNLESS THE RULES SAY YOU CAN – DON’T!!! RACE RECEIVERS : 1 . All   drivers   are   required   to   have   an   operating   “RACECeiver”   in   proper   working   condition,   channeled   to   the   track’s frequency, with fresh batteries. 2 . MANDATORY   for   every   division.      You   must   have   one .      Every   car   will   be   routinely   checked   for   one.      Make   sure   you   have batteries. CAR AND BODY :  ( see diagram at end of rules ) . 12 inches min 24 inches max B . The maximum roof height of 54 inches.  5 inches max slope. C . The   sides   of   the   engine   compartment   will   remain   open.      Any   side   panels   in   the   engine   compartment   area   will   not   be permitted.      A   6-inch   drop   on   either   side   of   the   hood   will   be   permitted   and   it   must   be   enclosed   at   the   rear   of   the   hood.     Hood must slope towards the nose of the car.  No Reverse Rake to the Hood. D . The   top   of   the   doors   must   not   extend   forward   of   the   rear   engine   plate.      The   bottom   of   the   doors   may   extend   a   max   12 inches past the motor plate toward the front of the vehicle. E . Front   roof   post   width   16   inches   max   at   the   bottom.      Roof   post   at   the   bottom   rear   must   then   go   upward   at   a   90   degree angle.      The   front   roof   post   must   be   in   a   straight   line   from   top   to   bottom   and   must   come   down   to   the   deck   with   a   max 2 inch step (P). F . Wheel base:  Minimum 108 inches, maximum 112 inches. G . Door panel 32 inch max 26 inch min. H . 72 inches max I . 12 inch – 18 inch door opening height J . With   a   level,   must   have   no   more   than   2   inch   clearance   at   rear   roof,   and   5   inch   at   top   front.      Original   roof   line   of vehicle   must   be   maintained   with   a   maximum   of   5   inches   of   slope   measured   with   a   level   from   highest   point   minus   the stiffener to lowest point.  No more than ½ inch stiffener allowed at the rear of the roof. K . Maximum deck length 120 inches. L . Rear corner panel length from center of hub to back 34 inches min 48 inches max. M . 7   inch   max   at   top   rear,   gradual   slope   from   roof   to   this   point   when   using   sail   panel   as   spoiler   side   with   max   spoiler height   of   5   inches.      The   spoiler   may   be   fabricated   from   lexan   or   aluminum.      The   Sail   panels   must   be   the   same   design and   size   on   each   side   (BOTH,   open   with   same   opening   dimension   or   both   closed).      Maximum   bow   of   sail   panel   is   4 inches.      8   inch   max   spoiler   allowed   if   the   sail   panel   remains   separate   from   the   spoiler   sides.      When   using   8   inch spoiler,   sail   panels   can   be   no   higher   than   4   inches   from   deck   at   end   point,   spoiler   supports   shall   be   same   height   as spoiler   at   rear   and   4   inches   tall   max   at   front   and   24   inches   min   total   length,   sail   panel   may   not   be   farther   back   than leading   edge   of   spoiler   support   on   8   inch   spoilers.      Maximum   spoiler   width   will   be   68   inches   on   5   inch   or   8   inch spoilers N . Interior   slope   is   4   inches   max   from   front   to   rear   and   flat   across   and   must   maintain   same   slope   from   front   to   rear.      You must have used 50% of your 4 inch max slope at the half way point on the deck. O . Max height of 38 inches.  The top of the interior must be flush with the top of the door.  No Drop Decks. P . Max   width   of   nose   at   any   point   will   be   45   inches.      The   nose   piece   shall   not   be   attached   any   further   than   the   radiator.     The   MD3   modified   nose   and   Dominator   nose   will   be   legal.      All   aluminum   fabricated   nose   pieces   can   have   a   2-1/2   inch lip   on   each   side   of   nose   piece   (length   of   the   nose).      The   nose   piece   must   have   a   minimum   of   4   inches   from   the   ground to the bottom edge of the nose piece.  Noses must be flat from top to bottom.  No curving of nose pieces. Q . Hood width: 68 inch max 24 inch min.  No narrower than radiator. . Roof width:  52 inch max with a 44 inch min. S . Roof length:  57 inch max with a 40 inch min. T . On   the   left   side   the   rear   bottom   of   the   door   may   fare   out   6   inches   for   tire   clearance.      The   bottom   of   the   flare   must   be curved and rounded not pointed in any fashion.  No wheel skirts of any type will be allowed. U . Body width:  At the body’s widest part will be 72 inches.  The maximum deck with will be 68 inches. V . Rear wheel openings must remain same on both sides of the car and maintain a minimum 2 inch wheel clearance. BUMPERS : 1 . Front   bumper   must   be   mounted   to   end   of   frame,   with   bottom   loop   parallel   to   the   ground.      Minimum   1-1/4   inch tubing must be used. 2 . Rear bumper may be tubing or square stock and must protect fuel cell. 3 . Center of bumpers must be at least 18 inches from ground.  4 . No sharp edges. 5 . Bumper   cannot   extend   more   than   42   inches   from   center   of   front   wheel.      Farthest   point   of   nose/bumper   cannot   be   no more than 42 inches from center of front wheel hub. 6 . Bumper must be leading edge of the car. NERF BARS : 1 . Must be inside of line from rear tire to front tire with no sharp edges.  There is no tolerance. WINDOWS : 1 . Driver’s   side   window   and   passenger   side   window   must   remain   open   except   for   support   angles   in   roof   pillar   openings.     Support angles cannot extend past the front roof line.  Roof pillars must be in place. 2 . Window nets are recommended. 3 . Also a screen is HIGHLY recommended in cockpit to deflect debris from driver. 4 . Drivers must wear a full-face shield helmet. FRAME : 1 . Must be cut at a point no further forward than rear of engine block or 1950 or newer. 2 . American passenger car factory production frames allowed only. 3 . Frames may be cut in rear at a point no further forward than the rear of engine block, both sides. 4 . Frames may not be widened or narrowed and must be able to support the roll cage on both sides. 5 . Frame must be full and complete on both sides. 6 . Front cross member may be notched for radiator clearance only. 7 . Minimum frame height and body height must be 4 inches from the ground. WEIGHT : 1 . MINIMUM 2400 LB.  WITH DRIVER AFTER RACE. (NO EXCEPTIONS.) 2 . SAFETY FACTOR:  NO WEIGHTS ADDED IN DRIVER COMPARTMENT OR OUTSIDE OF BODY. 3 . WEIGHT MUST BE FASTENED WITH 2-1/2 INCH BOLTS MINIMUM.  WEIGHT MAY NOT BE ATTACHED TO REAR BUMPER. FUEL CELL : 1 . 32-gallon maximum capacity. 2 . Completely enclosed in a steel enclosure. 3 . Fuel cell must be protected in rear by roll cage tubing.  Cell may not be lower than protective tubing.  4 . Top siphon fuel cells only. 5 . Tech inspectors can reject any fuel cell mounting they deem unsafe. FUEL : 1 . Racing gasoline or methanol.  NO Nitrous oxide or power additives allowed. ROLL CAGE : 1 . Minimum tubing thickness .095 inches.  Minimum outside diameter 1.5 inches. 2 . Must be 4 post design with rear upright loop supported with tubing running down to the rear of car. 3 . Top hoop must have 1 crossbar preferably running from right rear to left front. 4 . All support bars forward of roll cage must be lower than stock hood height. 5 . Door   bars   must   be   .083   inches   minimum   thickness.      3   bars   minimum,   4   suggested.      Door   bars   must   be   welded   to   roll cage front and rear and be parallel to frame. BRAKES : 1 . Must have brakes on all 4 wheels. 2 . Brake shut offs are permitted. 3 . Calipers may be steel or aluminum single piston OEM style only, steel rotors only. EXHAUST SYSTEM : 1 . Headers may dump outside of engine or rear of engine and must not point directly to the ground. 2 . Mufflers can be run, securely attached, and easily detectable. SUSPENSION : 1 . Front   Suspension :      Steel   aftermarket   parts   may   be   used   as   stock   components.      This   includes   lower   tubular   A-frames.     Stock   passenger   car   spindles   only.      No   tubular   or   fabricated   spindles   allowed.      Tubular   type   upper   and   lower   A-frames permitted.      Lower   control   arms   cannot   be   moved,   EXCEPTION:   may   be   weld   shock   mount   on   lower   control   arm.     Upper   A-frames   may   be   moved   and   have   aluminum   cross   shafts.      Coil   springs   minimum   4-1/2   inch   diameter   only.      No coil overs.  Must be mounted in stock position.   No coil-over eliminators may be used.  Mono balls will be accepted. 2 . Rear   Suspension :      May   be   coil   spring   (minimum   4-1/2   inch)   diameter   or   steel   leaf   springs.      Coil-over   eliminators   or steel/aluminum   coil-over   kits   may   be   used   with   coil   springs.      Lowering   blocks   (aluminum   or   steel)   may   be   used   with leaf   springs.      No   aluminum   birdcages,   brake   floaters   or   trailing   arm   mounts   allowed.      Panhard   bar,   panhard   brackets and trailing arms may be steel or aluminum.  One spring per wheel. . The   maximum   overall   width   of   the   car,   front   and/or   rear,   shall   not   exceed   78   inches   when   measured   from   the outside   of   the   tire   tread   on   both   sides   of   the   vehicle.      A   maximum   1   inch   spacer   between   the   hub   and   wheel will   be   permitted.      Steel   and/or   aluminum   spacers   will   be   permitted,   provided   the   overall   tread   width   of   the vehicle does not exceed 78 inches. STEERING : 1 . Front steer type frames must have steering box mounted on left frame rail ahead of front cross member. 2 . Rear steer frames must have steering box mounted behind cross member on left frame rail. 3 . Power steering with a steering quickener is permitted. 4 . No rack and pinion steering. 5 . Stock type steering boxes only. 6 . All steering linkage must be steel components. SHOCKS : 1 . Steel only. 2 . 1 working shock per wheel and no hydraulic, ratchet or electric weight jacks anywhere on car. 3 . No externally adjustable shocks. 4 . Dummy   shock   can   be   used   in   placement   of   eliminator.      (Be   prepared   to   pull   shock   off   to   show   it’s   a   dummy.      Any   team not willing to pull shock off will be disqualified).  Dummy shocks may be confiscated at end of evening. 5 . Schrader Valve shocks are allowed. WHEELBASE : 1 . Minimum 108 inches, Maximum 112 inches. TRANSMISSION AND REAR END : 1 . Must have forward and reverse gears and be able to shift to forward or reverse with engine running. 2 . Bert and Brinn type transmissions are permitted. 3 . Stock clutch type transmissions must have scattershield or blow proof bell housing. 4 . Automatics must be stock OEM cases and bell housings. 5 . Any passenger car or truck type rear end permitted. 6 . Quick change allowed with steel tubes.  NO SLIP TYPE DIFFERENTIALS. 7 . NO ALUMINUM tubes with STEEL sleeves. TIRES : 1 . Any 8 inch tire. WHEELS : 1 . Maximum 8 inch steel production racing wheel may be used. 2 . Bead lock wheels may be used ENGINES : 1 . Must be able to be used in conventional passenger car without alteration.  No machine work on outside of engine. 2 . No dry sump oil systems (racing type wet sump oil pans permitted).  6-cylinder motors allowed dry sump oil system. 3 . One four-barrel carburetor naturally aspirated no fuel injection, no electric fuel pumps, and no magnetos. 4 . Rear   of   engine   must   be   at   least   72   inches   forward   from   the   center   line   of   rear   axle.      No   more   than   2   inch   engine offset.  Minimum height 11 inches from center of crank to ground. 5 . No aluminum blocks BATTERIES : 1 . Must be mounted securely and fastened across the top.   DRIVE SHAFT : 1 . Must   have   a   protection   loop   completely   around.      Loop   must   be   .25   thick   x   2   inch   wide   steel   minimum   and   mounted no more than 6 inches back from U-joint in driveshaft. 2 . Drive shaft must be steel or carbon fiber.   RADIATORS: 1 . May be aluminum, steel, or brass and must fit under hood line and be located in front of engine fan. TRACTION CONTROL : 1 . No traction control of any kind – mechanical or electrical permitted. 2 . Only   one   ignition   box   allowed   and   it   must   be   located   in   engine   compartment.      All   wiring   from   distributor/magneto   to ignition box or tachometer must be in plain view for inspection and have no splices or interruption in these wires.  SAFETY : 1 . All seat belts must be in good shape.  They will be checked. 2 . Seat belts must be bolted to frame (not to floor) and pass inspector's approval.  3 . Shoulder harness is required.  4 . Only seat belt with quick release mechanism allowed.  5 . An aluminum full containment seat should be secured (bolted) to frame (not to floor) and roll cage high and low.  6 . Hans Device, Hutchens and/or similar safety restraint system is suggested. 7 . MANDATORY:  A quick release steering wheel. 8 . MANDATORY:      FULL   FIRESUITS:      Any   fire   retardant   coveralls   or   any   fire   retardant   fire   suit   of   one   or   two   piece   ARE REQUIRED.  YOU MUST WEAR ONE OR YOU WILL NOT RACE!  This is for your safety 9 . Racing gloves and shoes are suggested – NO Plastic Gloves.  1 0 . Only   racing   type   helmet   with   full-race   shield   should   be   worn.      Helmets   that   have   fire   resistant   interior   –   Snell   2005 and up are recommended. 1 1 . Should have fire extinguisher within driver's reach. NUMBERS : 1 . Numbers can be of 3 digits and one letter.  2 . No duplicate numbers allowed.  3 . No fractions allowed.  4 . Must be at least 18-inches high and 2-inches wide.  5 . Cars should have 4x4-inch number on the windshield screen and on bumper/rear of car.  6 . All   numbers   must   be   painted   on   both   sides   of   the   car   and   on   the   roof.      All   numbers   must   be   visible   and   legible   - contrasting to color of car.  This means don't put a white number on a silver car.  7 . When   a   car   is   registered   in   the   pits,   that   car   can   only   run   that   number.      If   a   car   comes   with   a   number   already registered, that car will be asked to add a letter. MISCELLANEOUS : 1 . No   radios   (transmitting   or   listening   devices)   or   mirrors   permitted.      Mirrored   finished   stainless   or   other   materials   are not permitted, if used for the same purpose as a mirror. 2 . If   you   have   questions   about   your   car   qualifying   for   these   rules,   any   driver   or   pit   crew   member   has   till   7:00pm   to   ask tech inspector to check their car. 3 . The track officials have the authority to inspect any portion of a car subject to rule specifications for that division. 4 . Any and all decisions of the Tech committee as to a car being legal or illegal are final. 5 . ALL DRIVERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE SIGNED WAVER BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN, NOTARIZED. 6 . ALL   RULES   ARE   AT   THE   DISCRETION   OF   MARION   CENTER   SPEEDWAY   OFFICIALS   AND   RESERVE   THE   RIGHT   TO   AMEND, ADJUST, CHANGE, OR DELETE THE RULES WITHOUT NOTICE. 7 . REFER TO THE GENERAL RULES FOR ALL OTHER RULES. 8 . ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF POINTS ALL RULES WILL APPLY!  NO OPEN COMPETITION. The   rules   and/or   regulations   set   forth   herein   are   designed   to   provide   for   the   orderly   conduct   of   racing   events   and   to   establish minimum   acceptable   requirements   for   events.      The   rules   shall   govern   the   conduct   of   all   events,   and   by   participating   in   these events,   all   participants   are   deemed   to   have   complied   with   these   rules.      No   expressed   or   implied   warranty   to   safety   shall   result for   publication   or   compliance   with   these   rules   and/or   regulations.      They   are   intended   as   a   guide   for   the   conduct   of   the   sport and   are   in   no   way   a   guarantee   against   injury   to   the   participant,   spectator,   or   official.      The   race   director   shall   be   empowered   to permit   deviation   from   any   of   the   specifications   herein   or   impose   any   further   restrictions   that   in   his   opinion   do   not   alter   the minimum    acceptable    requirements.        No    expressed    or    implied    warranty    of    safety    shall    result    from    such    alteration    of specification.      Any   interpretation   of   these   rules   is   left   to   the   discrepancies   of   the   officials.      Their   decisions   are   final.   Anyone causing   disturbance   at   the   track   such   as   fighting,   blocking   the   track,   etc.,   will   be   subject   to   1   or   2   week   suspension   or   a   fine   of $300.00   or   both.      They   will   also   be   responsible   for   all   physical   or   property   damage   from   such   disturbance   to   him   or   others.      A fine   of   $300.00   levied   and   paid   before   person(s)   will   be   allowed   on   MARION   CENTER   SPEEDWAY   premises.      Fine   payment   will be   added   to   the   point   fund.      The   track   officials   will   govern   disturbance   on   a   case-by-case   basis.   No   dogs   will   be   permitted   into the pits unless they are service animals only.

Bumper   cannot   extend   more   than   42   inches   from   center   of   front   wheel.     Farthest   point   of   nose/bumper   cannot   be   no   more   than   42   inches   from center of front wheel hub. 6 . Bumper must be leading edge of the car. NERF BARS : 1 . Must   be   inside   of   line   from   rear   tire   to   front   tire   with   no   sharp   edges.     There is no tolerance. WINDOWS : 1 . Driver’s    side    window    and    passenger    side    window    must    remain    open except   for   support   angles   in   roof   pillar   openings.      Support   angles   cannot extend past the front roof line.  Roof pillars must be in place. 2 . STEERING : 1 . Front   steer   type   frames   must   have   steering   box   mounted   on   left   frame   rail ahead of front cross member. 2 . Rear   steer   frames   must   have   steering   box   mounted   behind   cross   member on left frame rail. 3 . Power steering with a steering quickener is permitted. 4 . No rack and pinion steering. 5 . Stock type steering boxes only. 6 . All steering linkage must be steel components. SHOCKS : 1 . Steel only. 2 . 1   working   shock   per   wheel   and   no   hydraulic,   ratchet   or   electric   weight jacks anywhere on car. 3 . No externally adjustable shocks. 4 . Rear   of   engine   must   be   at   least   72   inches   forward   from   the   center   line   of rear   axle.      No   more   than   2   inch   engine   offset.      Minimum   height   11   inches from center of crank to ground. 5 . No aluminum blocks BATTERIES : 1 . Must be mounted securely and fastened across the top.   DRIVE SHAFT : 1 . Must   have   a   protection   loop   completely   around.      Loop   must   be   .25   thick   x 2   inch   wide   steel   minimum   and   mounted   no   more   than   6   inches   back   from U-joint in driveshaft. 2 . Drive shaft must be steel or carbon fiber.   RADIATORS: 1 . May   be   aluminum,   steel,   or   brass   and   must   fit   under   hood   line   and   be located in front of engine fan. TRACTION CONTROL : 1 . No traction control of any kind – mechanical or electrical permitted. 2 . Only     one     ignition     box     allowed     and     it     must     be     located     in     engine compartment.        All    wiring    from    distributor/magneto    to    ignition    box    or tachometer   must   be   in   plain   view   for   inspection   and   have   no   splices   or interruption in these wires.  SAFETY : 1 . All seat belts must be in good shape.  They will be checked. 2 . Seat   belts   must   be   bolted   to   frame   (not   to   floor)   and   pass   inspector's approval.  3 . Shoulder harness is required.  4 . Only seat belt with quick release mechanism allowed.  5 . An   aluminum   full   containment   seat   should   be   secured   (bolted)   to   frame (not to floor) and roll cage high and low.  6 . Hans Device, Hutchens and/or similar safety restraint system is suggested. 7 . MANDATORY:  A quick release steering wheel. 8 . MANDATORY:      FULL   FIRESUITS:      Any   fire   retardant   coveralls   or   any   fire retardant   fire   suit   of   one   or   two   piece   ARE   REQUIRED.      YOU   MUST   WEAR ONE OR YOU WILL NOT RACE!  This is for your safety 9 . Racing gloves and shoes are suggested – NO Plastic Gloves.  1 0 . Only   racing   type   helmet   with   full-race   shield   should   be   worn.      Helmets that have fire resistant interior – Snell 2005 and up are recommended. 1 1 . Should have fire extinguisher within driver's reach. NUMBERS : 1 . Numbers can be of 3 digits and one letter.  2 . No duplicate numbers allowed.  3 . No fractions allowed.  4 . Must be at least 18-inches high and 2-inches wide.  5 . Cars    should    have    4x4-inch    number    on    the    windshield    screen    and    on bumper/rear of car.  6 . All   numbers   must   be   painted   on   both   sides   of   the   car   and   on   the   roof.      All numbers   must   be   visible   and   legible   -   contrasting   to   color   of   car.      This means don't put a white number on a silver car.  7 . When   a   car   is   registered   in   the   pits,   that   car   can   only   run   that   number.      If   a car   comes   with   a   number   already   registered,   that   car   will   be   asked   to   add a letter. MISCELLANEOUS : 1 . No     radios     (transmitting     or     listening     devices)     or     mirrors     permitted.       Mirrored   finished   stainless   or   other   materials   are   not   permitted,   if   used   for the same purpose as a mirror. 2 . If   you   have   questions   about   your   car   qualifying   for   these   rules,   any   driver or pit crew member has till 7:00pm to ask tech inspector to check their car. 3 . The    track    officials    have    the    authority    to    inspect    any    portion    of    a    car subject to rule specifications for that division. 4 . Any   and   all   decisions   of   the   Tech   committee   as   to   a   car   being   legal   or illegal are final. 5 . ALL    DRIVERS    UNDER    THE    AGE    OF    18    MUST    HAVE    SIGNED    WAVER    BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN, NOTARIZED. 6 . ALL    RULES    ARE    AT    THE    DISCRETION    OF    MARION    CENTER    SPEEDWAY OFFICIALS   AND   RESERVE   THE   RIGHT   TO   AMEND,   ADJUST,   CHANGE,   OR DELETE THE RULES WITHOUT NOTICE. 7 . REFER TO THE GENERAL RULES FOR ALL OTHER RULES. 8 . ON    THE    FIRST    NIGHT    OF    POINTS    ALL    RULES    WILL    APPLY!        NO    OPEN COMPETITION. The    rules    and/or    regulations    set    forth    herein    are    designed    to    provide    for    the orderly     conduct     of     racing     events     and     to     establish     minimum     acceptable requirements   for   events.      The   rules   shall   govern   the   conduct   of   all   events,   and   by participating   in   these   events,   all   participants   are   deemed   to   have   complied   with these   rules.      No   expressed   or   implied   warranty   to   safety   shall   result   for   publication or   compliance   with   these   rules   and/or   regulations.      They   are   intended   as   a   guide for   the   conduct   of   the   sport   and   are   in   no   way   a   guarantee   against   injury   to   the participant,   spectator,   or   official.      The   race   director   shall   be   empowered   to   permit deviation   from   any   of   the   specifications   herein   or   impose   any   further   restrictions that    in    his    opinion    do    not    alter    the    minimum    acceptable    requirements.        No expressed    or    implied    warranty    of    safety    shall    result    from    such    alteration    of specification.      Any   interpretation   of   these   rules   is   left   to   the   discrepancies   of   the officials.      Their   decisions   are   final.   Anyone   causing   disturbance   at   the   track   such   as fighting,   blocking   the   track,   etc.,   will   be   subject   to   1   or   2   week   suspension   or   a   fine of   $300.00   or   both.      They   will   also   be   responsible   for   all   physical   or   property damage   from   such   disturbance   to   him   or   others.      A   fine   of   $300.00   levied   and   paid before   person(s)   will   be   allowed   on   MARION   CENTER   SPEEDWAY   premises.      Fine payment    will    be    added    to    the    point    fund.        The    track    officials    will    govern disturbance   on   a   case-by-case   basis.   No   dogs   will   be   permitted   into   the   pits   unless they are service animals only.
